🧾 Role Overview
A Store Field Sales Executive (SFSE) is responsible for driving sales performance across assigned territory by ensuring product availability, strong visibility, and effective coordination with Customer. This role combines fieldwork, sales execution, and relationship management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement

Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory

Drive primary and secondary sales through retail stores

Identify opportunities to increase product off-take
2. Store Visits & Coverage
-
Visit assigned outlets as per route plan (daily/weekly)

Ensure proper market coverage and visibility
-
Build strong relationships with Customer and Contractors.
3. Product Display & Merchandising

Ensure products are well displayed as per brand guidelines
-
Implement promotional activities and schemes
-
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
4. Reporting & Documentation

Submit daily visit reports (DVRs)

Track sales data and outlet performance
-
Report market feedback to managers
5. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain good relationships with Customer/Industrialist

Resolve issues related to supply, pricing, or schemes

Collect feedback to improve sales strategy

🎓 Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent (preferred)
