Standard Terms and Conditions of Sales:

Terms & Conditions: 

  1. in Computer Generated Invoice, Physical Sign & Stamp Not Required of Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd Authorised Executive, Digital Signature will be Valid for all,
  2. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  3. Terms and Condition Mentioned herein are read together with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Existing Price list and Check Price every time before Placing the Order, Price will be change by Company without any Notification as per current Price & Discounts, and Both Documents would constitute a single agreement between the Customer and Company, 
  4. Payment Condition: Our invoices are payable in terms of Immediate Payments with Order/Quotation, Materials will be Dispatch after Received 100% Payment, In Case Payment of this Invoice is not Received within the 24 Hours from Order/Quotation Generating Date & Time, Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd (Registered Office) reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 24%p.a. of the sum remaining due, and Discount given if any would be Reversed by Raising Debit Note,  In the event of non-payment by the due date,  Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd (Registered Office) will be authorized to suspend any provision of Products Dispatch and services without prior warning in the event of late payment, Cheque Return Charge Rs. 500/- +GST.
  5. Total Amount Includes Commercial Rounding as Applicable, Weather Tax is Payable Under Reverse Charge Mechanism: No
  6. If a payment is still outstanding more than Thirty (30) days after the due payment date, Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd (Registered Office) reserves the right to call on the Products and services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  7. Some type of Goods once sold will not be taken back, All Our risk and responsibility ceases as soon as the goods leave our premises, Buyer who buys any goods, should check the goods at the time Purchase, After leave our Premises, We are not Responsible, 
  8. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd (Registered Office) become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd (Registered Office) in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  9. We are only Supplier of all type of Goods, Not an Manufacturer, If You Have any type of Complaint regarding Good, then Kindly Contact to Manufacturing Company & Complaint Raised within 7 Days from Date of Delivery, Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd will not Responsible for that, 
  10. All type of Product Warranty applicable as per terms of Product Manufacturing Company, 
  11. Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd (Registered Office) undertakes to do its best to supply performant Products and services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd (Registered Office) cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  12. Every kind of Vehicle/Transportation and Labour Charge as per actual will pay by buyer,
  13. Please Verify your GST & Mentioned Detail in Order and Invoice, if it's Incorrect/Missing, Please Contact us within 3 Days from Invoice Date, 
  14. In order for it to be admissible, Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd (Registered Office) must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  15. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by India law.
  16. When returning purchased goods, it is mandatory to provide the original copy of the GST invoice,
  17. Customers can return products according to the "Refund & Cancellation Policy" mentioned on their website (www.myqyoss.com) or app,
  18. There may be slight differences between the manufacturers packing sizes and shown here and the packing sizes manufactured by the manufacturing company, Here you can find all packing sizes like 1L, 4L, 10L, 20L, 500ML,etc... The mfg company has released the base wise packing like a 900ml, 950ml, 970ml... etc. per liter, In such a case, the goods will we supply according to the as per actual base packing manufactured by the Manufacturing company.
  19. Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd-(Management) here Mentioned all the Terms & Condition are Accepted by Buyer, It will be considered valid that the customer understands & Agrees to all the terms & transacts with Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd, Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd has a Reserve all the Right to any Change in Policy without any Notifications,
  20. Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd and the Customer agree to Submit any Dispute raising of this Invoice and Deal, to arbitration by sole arbitrator appointed by Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd under the Provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation act 1996, the seat of arbitration in Pune/Rajkot (It will Decided by Padariya Enterprise Pvt Ltd(Management), The Language of the proceeding in English and the Courts of Pune/Rajkot Exclusive Jurisdiction Only.
